Simplicity is a Canadian-headquartered independent media agency, with execution arms in Toronto, Halifax and London. The founding team brought decades of international media experience back across the Atlantic to build an agency that does what the holding groups can't: senior attention on every campaign, direct platform relationships in every market we operate in, and a single accountable team across regions. Traditional media to full-service digital: paid social, search, programmatic, connected TV, digital audio, out-of-home and press.

For Canadian brands running international campaigns, that combination is unusual. Most Canadian agencies don't have on-the-ground execution in EMEA. Most international networks treat Canadian clients as a satellite of a larger US team. We were built specifically to sit in the middle of that gap — with the data intelligence of a network, the speed of an independent, and the discipline to keep regional execution honest.

Over CAD $19 million in media managed since 2019. Clients spanning North American consumer brands, UK FTSE-listed businesses, global gaming and entertainment publishers, and the independent companies who needed senior people on their account from day one.
